TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. General
1.1 These Terms of Service apply to all offers, orders, deliveries & services provided by Organic Pick-Me-Up.
1.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service.
1.3 Organic Pick-Me-Up offers handcrafted food products. They are not medical products & should not replace a balanced diet.
1.4 We comply with Dutch consumer law (Burgerlijk Wetboek – consumentenrecht).
2. Prices & Orders
2.1 All prices are listed in euros & include VAT.
2.2 An order becomes final once the customer completes checkout.
2.3 After an order is placed, changes are only possible if the order has not yet been prepared.
2.4 Order confirmations are sent by email automatically.
3. Payment
3.1 Payments must be made during checkout.
3.2 Accepted payment methods: iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal & other options offered at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Orders are shipped from the Netherlands.
4.2 Delivery times are indicative; delays do not entitle customers to compensation.
4.3 Partial shipments may occur if necessary.
5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)
In accordance with Dutch consumer law:
5.1 No right of withdrawal for perishable goods
Many of our items (such as sweets, snacks, pralines, bars & treats) are fresh, perishable food products.
These cannot be returned for health, hygiene & safety reasons once shipped.
This follows Article 6:230p BW (goods that spoil quickly or cannot be returned for hygiene reasons).
5.2 Eligible products
Non-perishable items (e.g., accessories, gift cards, merchandise) may be returned within 14 days after delivery.
5.3 How to withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal for eligible items, contact us at:

5.4 Refunds
Refunds for eligible returned items will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
6. Complaints
6.1 Customers must report visible damage or issues within 48 hours of delivery.
6.2 Complaints can be submitted via email.
7. Liability
7.1 Organic Pick-Me-Up is not liable for misuse of the products.
7.2 Our liability is limited to what is permitted under Dutch law.
7.3 We are not responsible for indirect damages such as loss of profit.
8. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR & our Privacy Policy.
9. External Links
Organic Pick-Me-Up is not responsible for the content of external websites linked from our shop.
10. Intellectual Property
All images, logos, text & content are the property of Organic Pick-Me-Up. They may not be used without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by Dutch law.
In case of disputes, the competent court in The Hague has jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. The version shown at checkout applies to each purchase.
