If you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) has received the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us with a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter):

You may use our contact form or send your own written statement. i will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal notice before the end of the 14 days.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I will refund all payments I have received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from choosing a non-standard delivery method).

Refunds will be made within 14 days from the day I receive your withdrawal notice and will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

I may withhold the refund until:
• I have received the goods back, or
• you have provided proof of returning the goods,
whichever occurs first.

Returning Goods

You must return the goods to us without delay, and in any event no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
